About this app

MiScale Sync helps you capture body measurements from your Xiaomi Bluetooth scale and send them to your health ecosystem in a fast, reliable workflow.

Use MiScale Sync to connect your scale, complete a measurement, review the result, and sync it to Health Connect. If Fitbit is connected to Health Connect on your device, synced values can flow to Fitbit based on your Health Connect setup.

What MiScale Sync offers:

Bluetooth support for Mi Body Composition Scale 1/2 and Xiaomi Body Composition Scale S400 (S400 requires BLE key setup)

Automatic capture of completed readings, with body composition metrics when impedance data is available

One-tap sync to Health Connect (weight and body fat percentage)
Optional Auto Upload mode with configurable delay and cancel option before upload

Per-measurement sync status so you always know what has been uploaded
Local history with rich measurement cards and trend charts for weight, body fat, muscle, and water

CSV export for your saved measurement history

Profile-based setup (age, height, gender, units, scale model, scan timeout, and calculation method)

Light, dark, and system appearance modes
