Ratings and reviews

the app took forever to sync with Health Connect. In FAQ it suggested to use Google Fit but upon checking the substitute is Health Connect App. Having health connect app settings done and set up accordingly to link my watch but the data just won't sync into Book Doc. Really frustrating!

sometimes it always doesn't sync properly. i walked 13k steps but the app captures 4k steps only and making my status falls from platinum to basic one 😮‍💨 what a waste of time. lucky i didn't pay for premium. i hope no one does too. i been using since sep 2025, many times it happened like this despite I tried to refresh steps.

Cannot sync with google fit. It keep ask me to allow sync with samsung health even in the setting allow to sync. What is the prob? also mi fit all not in the option sync
