Very bad experience. I booked and PAID for my bus Ticket through Bookkaru. I just happened to call Faisal Mover to confirm on the day of travel- found out that they did not have my booking on their system. Apparently, due to 'some error', my booking did not go through. If i didn't call i would have no ticket at all and would not be able to travel at all. I called the helpline, and apparently they could not even give me my single seat as it was no longer available even when i paid one week before

Customer service has improved. Application has also improved. Payment status of booking takes time to update but shows pending now (which is better then expired). Previous one-star review: Their customer service almost never answers calls. Their payment gateway is very confusing. the booking shows as expired and then when rebook. it shows 2 booking confirmed. I ended up paying for 2 seats and they did not cancel the seat.

I tried to buy 4 event tickets twice, but the payment didn’t go through and the status remained pending. The app is extremely slow and completely wastes time. Both JazzCash and card payment methods were not working the entire day I kept trying but nothing worked. This app is a total waste of time. I strongly recommend event organizers to avoid Bookkaro and choose Bookme instead, as it provides a far better and seamless experience. If you choose Bookkaro, you will end up losing your audience.
