Very bad experience. I booked and PAID for my bus Ticket through Bookkaru. I just happened to call Faisal Mover to confirm on the day of travel- found out that they did not have my booking on their system. Apparently, due to 'some error', my booking did not go through. If i didn't call i would have no ticket at all and would not be able to travel at all. I called the helpline, and apparently they could not even give me my single seat as it was no longer available even when i paid one week before

I like the convinience of booking tickets online but I cannot express my frustration about how pathetic this application works. There is nothing like "customer support". If your booking is stuck between booking due to a bug in applocation, your credit card will be charged and it is like money is gone into air. Customer support never picks up the call, tried to contact them on instagram but all in vain. So disappointing and pathetic at the same time.

in the new update , I am unable to put space between my name .. you probably meant to avoid double space .. but right now it doesn't even except a single space. Also I think there should be a feature such that I can buy the ticket I have booked on call so that if I am not able to reach the station in forty minutes, but am certain I can reach in time for the bus.. I should be able to buy the ticket from the app.
