Very bad experience. I booked and PAID for my bus Ticket through Bookkaru. I just happened to call Faisal Mover to confirm on the day of travel- found out that they did not have my booking on their system. Apparently, due to 'some error', my booking did not go through. If i didn't call i would have no ticket at all and would not be able to travel at all. I called the helpline, and apparently they could not even give me my single seat as it was no longer available even when i paid one week before

Very bad experience. I have faced refund issues every time. This is the second time I have not received my money in my account, even after filing complaints on the portal twice and waiting more than 40 days. It seems like this is the policy of Bookkaru—only those who repeatedly ask for their payment get it transferred to their accounts; otherwise, the money remains with the platform. Additionally, the bus drop time reliability on this platform is only about 50%.

I purchased a ticket for 18th March, which I booked for 10 PM expecting a night schedule. However, when I contacted customer support, I was informed that the ticket was actually for the morning. This is a clear case of misguidance on your app. Despite raising the issue, neither the time was corrected nor was my money refunded instead they said due to Eid, it's non-fundable. If this was the case, it must hav been mentioned somewhere during ticketing process. They have scammed me before. Scammers.
