Very bad experience. I booked and PAID for my bus Ticket through Bookkaru. I just happened to call Faisal Mover to confirm on the day of travel- found out that they did not have my booking on their system. Apparently, due to 'some error', my booking did not go through. If i didn't call i would have no ticket at all and would not be able to travel at all. I called the helpline, and apparently they could not even give me my single seat as it was no longer available even when i paid one week before

Misleading & Unacceptable Service Ticket time was shown as 2:00 PM, but Faisal Movers confirmed it was actually 10:00 PM. Completely misleading. Refund was requested for their mistake, yet money was deducted unfairly. It has been almost 1 month, and the wallet refund is still not transferred to my bank. Customer support on calls is very poor and unhelpful. Highly disappointed. Not recommended.

Overall for booking this is an excellent app. but once you cancel the ticket due to any reason, the return process is very lengthy and time consuming, and no one from the Whatsap number response. it has more than 15 working days and my return case is still not moving to close, while there is no rocket science in this process. Yes, if BookKaru wants to keep our money in their bank to get some interest that could be another thing. worst experience facing. WRR239997, no response on call/ whatsap
