for registration you are asking all card details that to with cvv, this is very bad. I don't know if app is authentic or not. You should ask mobile no. and fetch internally all the details. if app is wrong we will provide all details and then who is going to follow up.

The most useless travel card ever. It doesn't work across many online payments - Uber, Microsoft subscription, etc. I have two cards and both gave trouble to activate. I couldn't tap, swipe or withdraw money. I had to use my India credit card instead. The point of taking these cards was to avoid using my Indian cc. The app is the worst- it only allows you to view balance or block the card. You cannot add or remove money to the card using the app.

I downloaded this App for my USA trip when I opted for a Borderless prepaid card. It worked well during the trip. Today I accessed it again and it mentioned an update which I installed. Since then, it simply won't let me log in, keep getting error messages such as "Invalid Device ID" and Error in Encryption" which is quite ridiculous. Get this sorted, Thomas Cook, for God's sake.
