I don't know what's going on I'm trying to login into new device it says already registered on other device, even though I logged out it's the same thing that is happening every time...

Worst experience of Forex card ,just got it and its not getting registered through App,Whatsapp and website, this is pathetic ,I will not recommend this to anyone ,my journey is day after tomorrow and forex card is not even activated due to registration error which keep on saying that card is invalid ,I have cross checked everything multiple time ,but it's not helping to process...unprofessional
