Welcome to HomeCom Easy, an application being carefully developed with the help from our users to provide an amazing experience.
With HomeCom Easy you can control your devices remotely in a simple and intuitive way.
Supported Products:
• Heat Pumps and Boilers with LAN interface and system controller CR400 or CW400/800
• Heat pumps: Compress 7800i LW (M) with Connect-Key
• Central Ventilation System: Vent 5000 C, Vent 4000 CC
• Split air conditioning units: Climate Series with IP gateway
• Instantaneous water heater: Therm 5000 Series

Main functions are:
• Operation of room temperature, operating modes, and time program
• Operation of hot water
• Energy monitoring with history values
• Display of fan level
• Display of device status
• Display of weather and outside temperature
• Error notifications

Not all functions are supported by every device. Not every device is available in all countries.
Check the documentation of the device or the IP gateway for compatibility with HomeCom Easy.
New functions and additional device support will be added regularly.

I purchased a Bosch air source heat pump because I was told that the app allowed the user to configure a 7 day timer. You cannot set a schedule using the included remote control so the app is essential. I downloaded the app and added my device, I programmed a 7-day timer. The following morning the device was no longer connected to the app. I re-added the device, it disconnects frequently, app is very disappointing.

App is short on useful information, e.g. explaining what different hot water modes are. Needs much better help. Hot water mode isn't accurately shown in home screen (shows OFF instead of Auto, which is different behaviour from heating mode). Intermittent error message has no description anywhere, and can't be dismissed from hime screen. Problems connecting to controller overcome by turning off VPN and adblock, and moving wifi access point closer to controller.

read the reviews, thought it can't possibly be that bad. It is. one heat pump connected after a few tries, and does work, but incredibly slowly, and requires constant restarts of the app to do anything. the other heat pump just refuses to connect at all, despite being 3m away from a wifi node. tried a lot of questionably smart smart-home stuff, this is the worst.
