The layout is clear, and it would be a good app if it still worked. Unfortunately, it has gone from being difficult to navigate to clear and functionally useless. The app turns off when you click on articles, FAQs, etc. I couldn't open any articles about my device. I also had a very difficult time with reorder of my patches; although, I did manage to get that done. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, it closes itself when I try to use it. I really hope this is fixed soon.

Boston Scientific pushes you into using the app for ordering supplies, adhesive pads, for charging the SCS. My initial order was a nightmare. Finally worked with my rep to get the ordering problem solved. 7 months later it's time to reorder and I can't. Looks like I have to start from scratch and reinstall app. Not a good platform for ordering supplies at all. This process should only take a few minutes, not hours.

Thank you for the feedback. The process should take a few minutes, definitely not hours. We would appreciate taking a closer look at this for you. Please send a note at support@myscsjourney.com and we can follow-up.

I have 2 SCS in my lower back. They both originally used patches so I would order double/triple the amount and I was never given any problems. My first is from 2018 and only charge 1-2x a month which is great. The 2nd is from 2019 and I was charging it everyday and it was so annoying. I now have a non chargeable battery and love it, but the down side is my battery only last 7mo-2yr. It's my 5th surgery under 30min and we'll worth it since I dont have to charge it. A+
