Great App - Needs One Major Improvement: when making a transfer between accounts, it is necessary to enter the account password. It would be great from an efficiency and ease of use standpoint if biometrics could be used instead.

Simple, basic but easy to use and understand. I feel design for a certain demographics was in mind, reaching and intended for older individuals. Quick! Blocky boxes and outlines make navigation easy to learn and on the eyes! I like it! Could be more fancy! I like the quick transfers and there doesn't seem to be a limit!..... I feel thay made a app that lets you get the bank of James feel, with the bank of James community, atmosphere in the bank of James app!

Edited. Worked great for years. Recemtly won't open. Tried unintalling and reinstalling. Tried restarting phone. All I get is a white screen that goes nowhere. Usually fixes come in a week, but this has been going on for weeks. I can't even report the problem. The screen just closes.
