About this app

SpendCity turns receipts, invoices and bills into organized, searchable records — entirely on your phone.

There is no account to create, no server to trust and nothing to sign in to. Your documents are read on the device, stored encrypted on the device, and never uploaded. The app contains no cloud service and no analytics.

NOTHING LEAVES YOUR PHONE
Most document apps send your paperwork to someone else's computer. This one does not. Capture works offline because there is nothing to be online for.

READ ON DEVICE
Point the camera at a receipt, an invoice or a statement and SpendCity reads the merchant, date, line items, tax and total using on-device text recognition. Import a PDF or a file the same way. Check the extracted values before you file them — you always have the last word.

FIND ANYTHING
Search across every document you have captured. Ask what you spent at a merchant, in a category or over a period, and get an answer computed on your device from your own records.

BUILT FOR TAX TIME
Group spending by category, track budgets, keep warranties and their expiry dates, and export a clean pack for your accountant — CSV, PDF, or the original files.

FOR WORK, TOO
Track payables and their due dates, and keep per-supplier history. The Business unlock adds the rest: book spend against projects, clients and vehicles, log mileage, link related documents, close a period, and produce a compliance report with tax by rate plus a formatted pack for your accountant.
