Thanks for making my camera utterly useless with endless ads. Good thing there's no emergency. I'd much rather watch a 30 second ad than look at my cameras. The new issue is the cameras won't connect to the new Wi-Fi network. Followed the instructions and every tip. No matter what, it will not release the old IP. These weren't bad cameras at first, but save your money and buy better ones. Or at least ones with a functional app.

UNFRIENDLY APP. It doesn't allow to download to your phone. It does not allow to save photos. the app is always pressuring you daily to subscribe to a monthly payment. Also, the app does not communicate with the SD card in the unit to save photos and videos storage. I gave two stars because it moves the camera and I can see the videos live. that's all.

I've been using this app for a year now and in their last update I guess, I now can no longer just open the app to quickly see what I was just notified about in the camera because I have to sit through a bunch of ads! having ad banners in the actually app fine, but joe just to open the app! super disappointing. By the time I get into the app what the camera was detecting was passed!
