In my 68 years I've never been able to diet let alone count calories. Because of the use of scale and food scale I understand more intake of calories. It's like playing a game. I'm so busy using scale it puts a pause on my mindless eating. Lost 13.5 in 36 days. scale said I was 82 in metabolic age. Rude awakening. Pushing forward so rewarding and thankful for this new way of controlling my food intake. If you can handle cell phone this app will be easy to use. Most important you will see result

App is pretty useless with the scale. you do not need the scale at all. you need to put in how much you are eating in the app. weighing it does nothing. if you add more food to the scale it doesnt change the nutrition numbers. so you have to go back to the app and add it, then the app will tell you instead. so its useless. I prefer the app its fast easier and less messier.

The only thing I really want is notifications for when the air quality gets worse (it would help us identify patterns), not just when the air is good after it's done making it better (not sure if maybe one notification replaces the other). I also wish we could activate notifications for if pm2.5 value outside is higher or lower than certain values, so that I'd know when it's a good time to air out the home or go out for fresh air. Other than that, it's great!
