Set up your headband, connect to the app and monitor your brain activity:
BrainBit helps you improve your meditation experience, assess your mind
state and monitor your stress and relaxation rates.
Gathering neuro insight through four dry electrodes placed on BrainBit
headband, the application converts raw brain signal into readable
information that explains your wellbeing. BrainBit app reflects brain activity
in variety of ways: you can simply track your signal through Monitoring and
Heatmapping feature, enhance your meditation practice by observing your
relaxation levels grow with Meditation feature, evaluate your mood through
defining your state of sleep /deep relaxation /relaxation /normal /excitement
/restlessness and its intensity with State Monitoring.
