Brain‑Life is your pocket companion for mindful productivity and everyday wellness.
Pair the Brain‑Life wearable headband via Bluetooth and watch two core metrics—Focus / Relax scores and Heart‑Rate—update live while you study, work out, read or meditate.

What you can do?
- Live Focus & Relax Gauge
See a dynamic bar that rises when you’re “in the zone” and drops when distraction creeps in. Use it to time deep‑work sprints or calm‑down breaks.
- Continuous Heart‑Rate Monitor
Track beats per minute during work sessions, workouts or rest to understand how physiology and attention interact.
- Session History & Trends
All data are saved securely on‑device and in your encrypted cloud account, letting you review daily, weekly and monthly patterns.
- Personal Reminders
Optional nudges prompt you to stretch, breathe or take a short walk whenever sustained focus or elevated heart rate suggests you need a reset.

Getting Started
1. Charge & Power On your Brain‑Life headband until the LED turns green.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone (Settings → Bluetooth → On).
3. Open Brain‑Life and tap Connect Device; select your headband from the list.
4. Wear the headband so the front sensors touch your forehead comfortably.
5. Begin a session—your Focus / Relax score and Heart‑Rate appear instantly.
