We would have given a 5 star but our company only issue is we paid the premium and appear on the basic but everything works well, but that we hope that gets fixed soon.

NO RESPONSE FROM THE ADMINS INSPITE OF REPEATED REPORTING OF THE ISSUES. zapia gets confused often. sometimes sending messages which are scheduled for a later period. sometimes just send text messages. unwanted reporting on receiving messages. send messages at wrong time, wrong group, wrong messages, add its own words, some times test messages, read unwanted messages, send unwanted notifications sent complaints to your email. no response. to get 5 star, try to repair the issues.

I'm loving this app so far. I have a 1 in 1 Billion Genome Map (DNA array) - so I always test AI apps I download with questions I already know the answers to; sadly, most are inaccurate so I spend a good majority of time correcting them. This app is quickly and consistently hitting the 90% mark for accuracy AND clarity (which most AI's struggle with when it comes to reading and interpreting DNA coding). Additionally, some AI cannot generate clickable links and such, but this one can.
