About this app
BrainPass is the educational app that transforms studying into an adventure! Designed for children aged 4 to 14, it combines fun learning with smart parental controls.
🎓 ALL SUBJECTS
Math, French, science, history, geography, and English: hundreds of exercises adapted to each child's age and level. A dedicated preschool mode for younger children (4-5 years old).
🚀 LEARN WHILE HAVING FUN
Each correct answer earns rewards and helps the child level up. From age 6, they explore a space adventure and unlock planets as they progress. The difficulty automatically adjusts to each child.
👨👩👧 REAL PARENTAL CONTROL
• Set usage time limits
• Every day, starting at midnight (00:00), distracting apps remain blocked until your child has completed their daily exercises — once they've done that, everything is unlocked
• Phone and emergency calls remain ALWAYS accessible, even during the blocking period
• Allow specific apps (whitelist)
• Track your child's progress
All protected by a parental code.
🔒 PRIVACY PROTECTION
Designed for children: no personalized ads, minimal and secure data processing.
💎 FREE + PREMIUM
The app is free. A premium subscription unlocks all subjects without ads.
Give your child a positive way to use their screen time: they learn, they have fun, and you stay in control!
BrainPass uses the Android AccessibilityService API to perform its primary parental control and app blocking function.
Why: This API detects which app is in the foreground on the child's device. BrainPass can then block unauthorized distracting apps and display its learning screen instead, according to the rules set by the parent.
Parental activation: This feature is only activated after explicit parental consent via a dedicated authorization screen and remains protected by a parental PIN.
Privacy: Access granted via the AccessibilityService is used exclusively for this parental control function. BrainPass does not collect, store, or share any personal data, keystrokes, or screen content via this API.
The parent can disable this feature and revoke accessibility permission at any time in the device settings.
