I've used this only a few times, but it seems excellent. (And AFAICT, you needn't see ads if you use it offline… It'd be pretty silly to have to watch an add just to translate a word, anyway!) I was impressed that it detected my phone's system-wide "dark mode" and automatically used a similar theme. (It's amazing how, here in 2025, many apps still don't even have such a setting, and expect you to look at a glaring white screen; it's so bad for your eyes.) Nice work—thanks!

Absolutely brilliant! I have tried a number of different free off-line dictionaries and this is the best I have found. I like the auto-fill in feature so that you do not have to type the whole word, but can choose from its suggestions. I particularly like the analyser feature where you can review what words you have looked up, so this is a further aid to learning new words. Not only is a translation for an English or Spanish word give, but there are examples of the word in context. Finally, the layout is particularly pleasant and easy to read.

I chose the app (despite them being nosy in demanding purchases permission) because the word Spanish is in the name. Thus, easy to ID /find in the app folder after months of not thinking about. But after installing, the dorky thing shows up as just "dictionary". Going to look for anorher app now.. . . . . . Guess what: It also doesnt know translation for running, flow and fluid. Not ready for prime-time.
