Line Zero, humanity's last fortress. A cold-lockdown protocol triggered on
the day of the first war flash-froze both the pathogen and the forces that
fought it. Now the same pathogen's second generation — codenamed
Coldforge — is pushing back through the ice. You're a Breaker: the last
gunner left to hold the line. Every time the barrel runs hot, the firepower
sleeping under the ice wakes up.
■ Three lanes, one trigger finger
- Drag to move left and right while your gun keeps firing straight ahead —
no aiming, just deciding where to stand.
- Shoot the ice blocks trapping weapons, vehicles, and troops to claim
them. Start with a single pistol and climb through SMG, machine gun,
gatling, all the way to tank-tier firepower as the screen fills with
allies and muzzle flash. The late tiers do not fire bigger — they fire
FASTER.
- Five infected types, each with a different answer. Troopers stagger and
lunge; Sprinters flank fast and fragile; Bloated Carriers burst into
frost on death; Frozen Bulwarks carry a slab of the barricade they died
holding — it eats most of your bullets, so break the slab first or hit
around it with a blast; and Spitters never reach you at all, halting at
range to lob acid into whichever lane you are standing in. Ignore one
and you bleed while you are winning; go and deal with it and you have
spent the time you needed for the crowd.
- A massive infected crosses the line every 4 waves. Five bosses —
Titanbone, an ice-armored brute that charges; Gunner, a commander with
a fused-arm weapon burst-firing; the Frost Tank Host, fused with tank
wreckage; Breacher, a demolitionist lobbing charges into random lanes;
and Coldheart, patient zero, freezing the whole battlefield — each one
demands a completely different answer. A boss that reaches your line
does not move on: it stands there hitting you until it goes down.
- Five sectors inside the fortress — Trench Line, Frozen Checkpoint, Motor
Pool, Inner Keep, and the Reactor Core — each with its own landmarks,
lighting and alarm colour.
■ Operation Orders
Three standing objectives, always. Shatter five bulwark shields, reach
wave 5 without losing a single ally, kill 30 with gatling or tank
firepower — finish one and it pays Salvage on the spot and is replaced
immediately. Salvage buys six permanent upgrades: damage, fire rate,
line durability, squad size, salvage speed, and armour-piercing rounds
that punch further through ice shields.
■ Gear worth scavenging
Eight skins, five hats and four pairs of boots, all shown as real 3D
previews before you equip them. Unlock them through different paths —
wave records, salvaged resources, specific boss kills — and watch them go
from frost-and-rust straight off the field to fully restored as you
progress.
■ Line Zero keeps records
15 scattered field logs, two-stage lore for each of the 5 bosses (10 boss
files), and 12 radio chatter lines in the background slowly piece together
what actually happened at this fortress. 20 achievements and 3 difficulty tiers (each with its own
line of in-world flavor text) give repeat runs something new to chase.
■ Sound and performance
An adaptive score plays underneath the whole run: a drone and wind in the
lobby, a driving ostinato once the shooting starts, and a different
arrangement entirely for boss waves. Graphics quality measures your
device's real frame times and steps itself down, or you can pin a tier in
settings.
