App is now unable to proceed to or past logging in and states that an update is required (there is no update). Emailed support, and after initially saying servers were down, they said it could take up to six weeks (end of April 2026) before they fix the issue with an Android patch. This poor support might be what we're stuck with now that Breas has discontinued the devices.

Had to unistall and re-install app on my phone to keep from crashing. Once I logged in, the "Find Device" button didn't seem to depress at all, and I was never able to connect to my machine. Connecting through settings didn't work either. The app has worked in the past but no longer works. It's never been compatible with my tablet.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The interface is terrible and not user friendly. It should also be like others and allow syncing to health apps for sleep quality tracking. Icing on the cake is that it shows an update is required, but there's no update...so you can't even access the app.
