A very good breathing which has the right amount functionality without being cluttered with features that you will never use. I like that the audio still works when the phone is locked. If I'm in public I don't necessarily want to use the screen. My only suggestion would be that a voice is added for "hold" like with "breathe in" and "breathe out". That way you know when to hold your breath when you are just listening and not looking at the screen. Great job overall.

This has been my favourite and my recommended app for breathing to reduce anxiety and calm panic for many years. Now I cannot recommend it any longer because it hasnt been updated to be compatible with the latest versions of android. Very dissapointed.

This is the app you need if you don't want to meditate & still have to reduce stress. I used this years ago to reduce my bp. I am looking for it again for my nephew who has to reduce stress for his MS. Unlike other reviews state, you don't pay for it & if the voice is annoying, swipe left to get the settings panel & either change the voice or turn off sound. I recommend leaving voice on until you get the gist of how it works. It works on the parasympathetic nervous system. it really does work!
