How do you become a Raya Mainstay Agent?
Make sure you are already a Bank Raya customer and have a smartphone, OK? You can come to the nearest Bank Raya Work Unit (Kanca, KCP and Community Branch) and bring the following documents:
• Photocopy of Identity Documents
- KTP Owner / Management
- NPWP Owner (for Business Entities)
• Photocopy of Business Legal Documents
- Minimum Business Certificate from RT/RW, or
- SIUP, SITU, TDP (for Business Entity Agents)
- Deed of Establishment (for Business Entity Agents)
- Other Business Permits
• Mainstay Raya agent submission documents:
- Mainstay Raya Agent Submission Form.
- Mainstay Raya Agent Cooperation Agreement.
