Good, but I'm just tired of getting logged out of the app unknowingly. I don't open unless there's a notification. I've missed multiple messages from my attorneys because it'll log me out just RANDOMLY and won't tell you. Then sometimes to log back in, it'll send you the code, you can do it within seconds and it'll still tell you wrong code. If you keep putting in the same code multiple times, it'll then work. and it's not a timing thing, I've tried waiting.

I get hardly any response feom the new manager i have now. before whej ramon was the manager of my case he would keep me updated. I have to call every time for an update with my new case manager. Im the app i have atleast 10 unresponsive messagesm to evej get a response I have to call. I wish I would be updated atleast every 2 weeks but even then atleast a response that my case if being looked into but nothing. it's gotten frustrating and just causes more stress. please be more responsive.

i can never open up this app. when they send me a confirmation code that is supposed to come in text message it never shows up. This app is literally keeping me from communicating with my attorney for my case. it is a very stressful app. i do not like this app at all. I give it a one star only because I cannot give it a zero star. this app is really damaging my legal case.
