Last update completely broke this app for me. I can't save favorite bus lines. When I search it tells me I have entered an invalid search entry. It crashes. I can't get bus arrival times, and there is no longer a way to report problems in-app. So, not only did you break it, but you blocked an easy way to get feedback on how it's performing. It was working pretty well before...

We don't ask for much. We just wanted a simple and reliable train app to tell us times. We had that with SubwayTime. But MTA had to kill that for this unreliable app that looks great but still feels like it's in beta. If you can open a train route without the app crashing (which crashes often), you may see a train listed that just... disappears when it's 1 minute away. Or perhaps it won't show any upcoming trains for a stop...at all; Nothing listed. Such a shame we lost SubwayTime

When the app works, it works great, and it's one of the most useful apps I have. The data is fresh from the MTA and aggregated by stop/station, which makes it superior to Google Maps. But right now it's going through some catastrophic errors. It won't show any subway or bus lines, and when I try to add them as Favorites, it crashes. It's not a connectivity or device restart issue, there are no recent updates, and it happens on both beta and public versions. My guess is this is a backend problem.
