Buggy and poorly designed. The interface is very clunky and makes it unnecessarily difficult to get to basic info. It also tends to get stuck on the map zoomed out to see the entire world, forcing you to zoom into the city. Bus GPS tracking is often wrong as buses that appear suddenly disappear. And the bus time estimates are NEVER right, not even close.

This is for Access-A-Ride functionality, I use the app to schedule trips for my Mom, unable to find an option to request "Call out and assist." She is legally blind and unable to see the type or plate of the car. Also, if the usability of time selection can be improved or a confirmation can be added before submitting, someone was helping her to set up a trip while I was away and scheduled for 2 AM ...

The map search feature is one of the most poorly conceived app features I have witnessed. Why does the map zoom out to the whole earth? Are there NYCT stations in Mogadishu? A simple NYC area map and GIS shapefile of stations, bus stops, and lines is all that is needed. Wouldn't the search be faster, less taxing of phone resources? Far too many 'clicks' to get to the information that you need. The information is there, it's just that it is always a painful journey to get to it.
