I received this over a month ago and in that time have only been able to use it a week and a half of that. It either goes into troubleshooting mode or just gets stuck at waking the device up. Each update gives me different issues. I have subscribed to the cloud to see video, and it says that it records them but, I cannot view them. Very frustrating.

DO NOT BUT THEIR PRODUCTS! please read before purchasing any of their items since they are useless and cant be connected to their app. don't believe me read the rest of their reviews. complete garbage but looks real pretty. save your money and buy a bird feeder that doesn't have a bilantan camera in it. can buy their best or worse, won't connect. JUNK!

Ripping my hair out trying to use this app. Reinstalled. Hoping for the best. This app. needs serious attention. It was a Christmas gift from our child. Hate to tell them it sucks. Fix the app.
