I really want to love this, but I've received two cameras now that are always troubleshooting or buffering. The camera is well within range of the wifi and I also installed a micro SD card that the system hasn't even acknowledged. Feedback would be awesome!

Horrible user interface. Charged for many hours and get low battery warning. Paid for subscription but it won't activate. There's no indication that it's charging. Clever idea, poor implementation.

This app needs some serious work! we are subscribed to the cloud service but cannot play or download videos. It feels like this company is scamming people. I see all these bad reviews and no resolution or attempts to resolve issues customers are having. what's up with that Bilantan??
