Can't sync with my Samsung, so frustrating. Please fix this issue. OP 8/5/18, promised the Android connection issue would be fixed in 6 months. 5/1/20, yes I can run it on iPad but it would be so much easier to use my android when out and about. This was paid for by Defence and it is touted as being able to link with ALL smart devices, still will not link with Android, even after uninstall/reinstall process. Will be reporting to my. Provider and passing information on to Defence.

I had the issue that seems to crop up with Gen 1 iTENS units not connecting to Android phones (reduced to only manually using the unit, which is possible, but less convenient). However, I emailed the Brighteye help desk and they immediately replaced the unit without any questions. Now works perfectly and the ability to program the unit has proven really helpful. Rating is based on great customer service and the advanced functionality of the app with the Gen2 unit.

I cannot open the app since last update. Please don't waste your money in this device. It is not worth it. I had to wait 1 month after I purchased the device because it didn't sync with my note 8. They sent to me a new one that didn't charge and now even I cannot open the app. That is how a good product are going to disappear. No good at all. If I could I want my money back.
