I absolutely love the new mobile app that I can use on my phone. That has saved me a giant headache every time I'm having to go & do deliveries while all of my delivery texts have the tablets. The only real problem I have with this app is that there are plenty of times where you have to restart your device just to get it to login so you can see your trip that's been committed. Maybe it's something to do with an IP address error bc it seems like the only way to fix it is to restart the device .

I love the option to take photos and attach them to the delivery ticket but is there a way to increase the resolution of the pictures after they have been taken? When you take a photo with your device, it looks high quality and clear. But when you view it later from a computer on Brightree, it looks like it's 200 x 140 pixels and it's not very clear. I was hoping there'd be a way to increase it by double or more. Other than that, I really like this app.

wish I could leave 0 stars. app keeps crashing, making my phone hot, deletes my photos and work. I would rather do paperwork than waste my time on an app that doesn't even get the right address on maps. sends me to what it thinks is correct. horrible app and the updates only make it work less
