I personally would not recommend this app. I'm still using the app at the moment because I don't want to abruptly stop my meds. I think the app runs into a lot of crashes. Doing check-ins it take a minute to load and sometimes it doesn't load at all. I have to keep refreshing and trying the best way I can. The first session I had. My therapist did not show up. I had to reschedule our session. when you have mental illness these type of inconveniences are a big deal. I'm looking for another app.

My provider is perfectly fine. This review is for the APP ONLY. The app works great for my video appointments. I find scheduling through the app and communicating with my therapist very convenient. But the lessons REALLY need some work. You can't rewatch the videos. I recently had an issue with the app and caused the app to think I had completed the video. Now I'm stuck because I wasn't able to get my instructions from the video and there is no way to go back.

It is extremely hard to get an appointment after being an established patient. I messaged my provider after being started on medication, and weeks later, there is still no reply. The help desk option is automated and provided me with zero resolution. I do not recommend this service for mental health intervention(s). As a nurse myself, I understand providers are busy, but failing to address patient concerns/questions is very concerning.
