Please include a call recording option in your apps. Without it, I am forgetting many important things. If you don't include this call recording system in your apps, then maybe after a while I won't use your software anymore. Your software previously had the option to transfer balances from one account to another. Due to my absence, I am unable to transfer balance to the accounts of my family members who are there. This is harassment to me.

Brilliant Connect is a very useful app for making calls at a low cost. 📞 The call quality is generally good, and it’s a great option for affordable communication using IP technology. However, sometimes there are network issues. Even with WiFi or mobile data, the app occasionally shows “network disconnected” during calls, which can be frustrating. Overall, it’s a good app for cheap calling, but improving network stability would make it even better. 👍

Very disappointing service. Even with enough balance, calls often do not connect. Sometimes incoming calls do not ring at all, which causes serious communication problems. This issue happens frequently and makes the app unreliable. A calling service should at least ensure basic call connectivity, but Brilliant keeps failing at that. If this problem is not fixed, many users will lose trust in the service. Strongly expecting immediate improvement.
