Brilliant Connect is a very useful app for making calls at a low cost. 📞 The call quality is generally good, and it’s a great option for affordable communication using IP technology. However, sometimes there are network issues. Even with WiFi or mobile data, the app occasionally shows “network disconnected” during calls, which can be frustrating. Overall, it’s a good app for cheap calling, but improving network stability would make it even better. 👍

Very disappointing service. Even with enough balance, calls often do not connect. Sometimes incoming calls do not ring at all, which causes serious communication problems. This issue happens frequently and makes the app unreliable. A calling service should at least ensure basic call connectivity, but Brilliant keeps failing at that. If this problem is not fixed, many users will lose trust in the service. Strongly expecting immediate improvement.

Hard to maintain a professional contact base when the app won't let you delete anything. It pulls from the phone but doesn't update when the phone list changes. Stuck with outdated entries and no manual "Delete" button. Great app otherwise, but this is a huge oversight for usability.
