Full of bugs. And says funds are locked at the moment all the time. It's like it only works when I'm lucky. It can be upgraded and will be much much better for cheap local calls. It also bugs 99% of the time, call doesn't appear, can't call from a number to brilliant number. It disconnects all the time. Not possible to receive calls in this app because no call ever appears. Why do I recharge if I can't ever spend the money! And also add a feature to delete the account from user interface

" brilliant " apps are very popular and have the lowest call rates, but the problem with them is that you can't make calls anywhere without the internet. Due to the low call rates, an internet connection is essential or required, and calls cannot be made without an internet connection.I think this app would have been more popular and more useful if it had gone without an internet connection.
