The call is not going even after the net connection is fine. It shows waiting for network. Actually there is internet and other social site apps are running very well. But calls are not going through this app. The solution to this problem

Everything is good but to talk with the rate I need to recharge MB for the month. And It me more... The team should also turn the app offline or any other tolerant solutions!!

I really enjoy this service but in the last few days I can't use it. It's showing waiting for the network but I don't have any network issues. May I know what's happening here?
