The main problem with the brilliant app is the call quality. Even with high-speed Internet, speech often sounds robotic or echoes. The biggest problem is that calls do not come when the phone is locked. The app is always killed in the background, resulting in missed emergency calls. Besides, normal mobile calls actually cut IP calls automatically, which is very annoying.

Full of bugs. And says funds are locked at the moment all the time. It's like it only works when I'm lucky. It can be upgraded and will be much much better for cheap local calls. It also bugs 99% of the time, call doesn't appear, can't call from a number to brilliant number. It disconnects all the time. Not possible to receive calls in this app because no call ever appears. Why do I recharge if I can't ever spend the money! And also add a feature to delete the account from user interface

It has lots of bugs, including call drop issues, waiting for the network, cannot hear other parties' voices, etc. The Peoples behind the company is not responsible enough for making this application more efficient.
