Mr. Clocktopus has eight arms. Somehow, he is always behind.
Clocktopus is a habit practice told through one character. Each short lesson is a warm-up: a few scenarios, two choices each, and the reason behind the right one. Then the part that reaches your day: you pick tonight's move, one small "when this happens, I do that" plan, and a time. Tomorrow the app asks one question: did you make your move? I did, partly, or not this time. All three answers count. A "not this time" offers a smaller move from the same lesson, never a penalty.
WHAT IS INSIDE
• Five lessons: Warm Up, Procrastination Trap, Notification Diet, Deep Work, Sleep & Screens — three moves each, fifteen in all
• A next-day check-in with an optional one-line note
• Mr. Clocktopus's tank: every kept move adds a piece, pieces get rarer as your moves add up, and nothing there ever fades
• Your Focus Capacity, measured only from your check-ins over the last fourteen days, with the formula shown in the app
• A count of check-in days in finishable 21-day cycles; two quiet days a week are part of the plan
• Your moves, yours: an archive you can share as text or JSON at any time
• Nineteen languages
WHAT IS NOT INSIDE
• No advertising, in the free version or in Premium
• No penalties: a quiet day never erases anything, and nothing in the tank ever dies
• No countdowns, no "last chance"
• No accounts, no analytics: your moves, check-ins and notes stay on your device
• Reminders and haptics are off until you turn them on
The first two lessons, their moves, the check-ins and the tank are free in full. Premium opens the remaining lessons and the explanation archive. The course is finite: when it is done, it is done.
Clocktopus is not therapy and not a diagnosis. It cites no studies because it makes no scientific claims.
