Ratings and reviews

Easy to use, navigate, and get the items you want from Korea. It is like Korean "Amazon", it has EVERYTHING!! So far, I have placed 4 orders and requested to combine the orders. So that I could get in two packages. Shipping is quick. They share the photos of the items you have ordered to verify, then the photo of the weight of package. I think they are transparent!

Only downloaded this app in hopes that delivery cost would be lower than that of others but I was absolutely wrong. Products take quite a while to load as it fetches info from original site, and when I tried to make a payment, it said "first payment" in which I was not told how many future payments I would be getting. If you really want a product and would be willing to pay more than twice the amount of the product in addition for delivery, this is the app for you.

I will start with difficulties. 1. App's a little wonky. Also everything is in Korean so you need a Korean friend to search for items. 2. International shipping is calculated only after the items are brought to the warehouse, which can be a surprise. 3. Bringko provides the service, not merchandise, so once order is in, it's almost impossible to cancel items. But price is UNBEATABLE and it delivers things you can't get anywhere else. Wonky system? Maybe. Will I use it again? Definitely.
