I have had this app since Britbox first started and it was great, however I changed to a Hisense TV and since then the audio keeps on cutting out. I have done all the restart and reinstall routines with no improvement. I am beyond frustrated. The audio is only faulty on this app.

Have been a customer for 4yrs. Now though when I try to watch a program it freezes with the circle of death then continues for a bit longer then ditto again. So frustrating. This started about a year ago. Affected devices; Sony xr90L TV, Google pixel 8 Pro phone, MacBook air 2025, Apple TV gen3. strangely though works on iPad Mini 6gen

Terrible! Took out the subscription and they want you to pay for everything. The only option is to take an expensive year long subscription.
