The app is fine. Interface is easy to navigate. Autoplay, continue watching, etc all work well. The price is being raised what seems almost annually at this point. After subscribing for about 5 years the hikes got to be too much and I cancelled. A family member then got me a subscription as a gift, otherwise I would not be a current subscriber. The content does not justify the price and now the Premium thing is just an annoying money grab. I think Britbox is far overestimating their worth.

I am extremely frustrated with the reliability of this service.Your emails repeatedly instruct customers to contact support via a “blue chat box in the lower right corner,” yet there is no chat box visible on the site. In addition, the site itself is currently not functioninng.I am unable to log in, and the system appears to be down entirely. This is not the first time this has happened. I wanted to watch an episode and was propted to subscribe. So I did and it was 10.99/month. Then it wouldn't let me view the episode. Instead it prompted me to upgrade to the premier subscription for $149/year. A very deceptive practice in my opinion. Had I known it required premier, I probably would have never purchased a subscription. On top of that there was no mechanism by wich to upgrade on google play once you were already a monthly subscriber. Requested a refund but was denied.
