We updated our app and paid on November 13th and enjoyed watching our favorite shows. After a while we started to have problems and it said it was because we needed to pay. So we paid again the day before Thanksgiving and now on December 2 they're claiming we need to pay again. We chose the monthly plan that's about $10 and didn't know that it means $10 every week. It's a great app but too expensive since not everyone can spend about $40 a month or the ridiculous cost of a yearly plan.

I wanted to watch an episode and was propted to subscribe. So I did and it was 10.99/month. Then it wouldn't let me view the episode. Instead it prompted me to upgrade to the premier subscription for $149/year. A very deceptive practice in my opinion. Had I known it required premier, I probably would have never purchased a subscription. On top of that there was no mechanism by wich to upgrade on google play once you were already a monthly subscriber. Requested a refund but was denied.

ONCE AGAIN- A YEAR LATER- THE APP IS CRASHING EVERY TIME I PLAY SOMETHING. seriously- do they expect people to pay for premier when it seems to have problems every other week? Last year it didn't work for 5 months. now it doesnt work on a different tv. I've done all the troubleshooting. there's no chat available, probably because they want you to keep paying without providing service. you cant get ANY help. I'm giving it a week then canceling and going to Acorn.
