App has been horrible lately. I am a platinum member so I go to cinemark a lot and I always have issues with getting tickets online. It will get stuck when trying to add snacks or at the very end. Then when I close the app and reopen it it'll show that the seats I picked are taken so I have to wait a while before they show available again only to have my order get stuck again. I usually end up having to go to the cinemark website but that is also difficult as it redirects me to the app.

Disappointed, you subscribe to the movie rewards but still have to end up paying for tickets because of "Who knows". Would come out paying less if I had just bought the tickets vs the monthly fee. To stop you from canceling they tell you you have to use your credits within this time frame or you lose them. So I either keep paying, lose credits, or use them to see movies I have no interest in.

This app does the basics just fine. But there's no shopping cart link...at least I couldn't find one. So if you put tickets in your cart leave the cart to for any reason, the process of getting back to the cart is a joke. I took off 2 stars for that flaw. So I was already grumpy when I finished the purchase. Then the app bombarded me with offers. Credit cards, insurance...By the time I declined them all, I was so angry I accepted the "rate this app" pop up just to scream into the void here.
