This app does the basics just fine. But there's no shopping cart link...at least I couldn't find one. So if you put tickets in your cart leave the cart to for any reason, the process of getting back to the cart is a joke. I took off 2 stars for that flaw. So I was already grumpy when I finished the purchase. Then the app bombarded me with offers. Credit cards, insurance...By the time I declined them all, I was so angry I accepted the "rate this app" pop up just to scream into the void here.

Once I leave the checkout, I can't always go back to complete my purchase in the app without going all the way through to select the movie again. there should be an icon for the checkout. also when I try to use my credit for a movie and add any concession items, I lose the free movie ticket and just receive a discount on the concession items.

Love the Cinemark app! I would like to be able to add seats to an earlier completed order rather than having to book separately under a different transaction. It makes it a little cumbersome to check in when I have to switch between orders. Other than that, love being able to order concessions and have them ready when we arrive. Another wish is that I could order through the app during the movie and have additional concessions brought to our seats! That would be great!
