App has been horrible lately. I am a platinum member so I go to cinemark a lot and I always have issues with getting tickets online. It will get stuck when trying to add snacks or at the very end. Then when I close the app and reopen it it'll show that the seats I picked are taken so I have to wait a while before they show available again only to have my order get stuck again. I usually end up having to go to the cinemark website but that is also difficult as it redirects me to the app.

It is quite helpful (when it works) and is very similar to doing it at the theaters. However when you select the theater it may just crash and this issue hasn't been fix in several updates (in fact it was one of the updates that caused the bug). It would also be better if you could return to your checkout page without finding the theater, selecting the film and time, and then "updating" your seat choice.

Love the deals and rewards program! My family has had a membership for a while now. I think the app just needs a little work when it comes to submitting your concessions coupons rewards online and applying them to the cart. Also, it would be really nice if the app had a more visible cart on every webpage, so that you won't have to go searching for it. :)
