App has been horrible lately. I am a platinum member so I go to cinemark a lot and I always have issues with getting tickets online. It will get stuck when trying to add snacks or at the very end. Then when I close the app and reopen it it'll show that the seats I picked are taken so I have to wait a while before they show available again only to have my order get stuck again. I usually end up having to go to the cinemark website but that is also difficult as it redirects me to the app.

My movie partner qualifies for senior pricing, so it's not the best use of credits to apply them for both tickets. The app allows you to apply credits to all or none of the tickets, so I make two separate purchases. This is a nuisance. The app should simply facilitate getting the best possible deal. The app doesn't tell you when credits expire. Nor does the email you receive on the subject. If you use points to buy ticket credits, you learn when they will expire AFTER you make the purchase.

app has been absolutely horrendous lately. it gives you the option to hear a movie so you can have it on your watchlist, but it doesn't save, so when you close the app and reopen, it's gone...which really sucks because there's a lot of fathom events I wanna see and since there's no other way to bookmark it, I end up missing out. sometimes the app will glitch when going to get a ticket after reserving a seat, and you close the app to fix it, and now that seat is taken (by your ghost)
