Brivo Mobile Pass (BMP) introduces a new level of convenience by providing you the ability to unlock doors with your smartphone. Available exclusively with Brivo Access; a cloud-based access control platform.

This digital credential leverages NFC technology and Bluetooth to eliminate the need for physical keys and access cards. Brivo Access Administrators simply assign a pass letting you instantly unlock doors using a smartphone. Easy to use, anywhere, anytime.

Users can also receive and answer intercom calls from a Brivo Door Station. The full-screen notification immediately displays incoming visitor calls, to visually verify and grant entry directly through the app. Even when the phone is locked or another app is in use.

Ratings and reviews

This is the least reliable, most frustrating product I've ever been forced to interact with. It's absolute garbage. We never should have paid for it. I'd rather pay a high schooler to actually care for the pool and the residents than pay more for an app that doesn't work, and makes any activity at the pool so much worse. 3 times in the past month someone has had to "fix" my pass, then another unlock pass stops working shortly after.

signs me out frequently and loses all my favorited actions even after logging back in. now the distance of Bluetooth is super short where I have to put my phone to the reader or it just doesn't work at all. when it has worked, it was convenient. update 7/12/26: it got worse, it says it opened the door on the app but nothing happens actually. door not opened and I have to press it like 6 times before it works.

I realized later on, that if your phone has a system update out, and you haven't done it, the doors will not unlock. Real annoying. Update any Android device related apps while you are at it. If there was an emergency where you had to open the door quickly, this app would get you killed.
