signs me out frequently and loses all my favorited actions even after logging back in. now the distance of Bluetooth is super short where I have to put my phone to the reader or it just doesn't work at all. when it has worked, it was convenient. update 7/12/26: it got worse, it says it opened the door on the app but nothing happens actually. door not opened and I have to press it like 6 times before it works.

This is the least reliable, most frustrating product I've ever been forced to interact with. It's absolute garbage. We never should have paid for it. I'd rather pay a high schooler to actually care for the pool and the residents than pay more for an app that doesn't work, and makes any activity at the pool so much worse. 3 times in the past month someone has had to "fix" my pass, then another unlock pass stops working shortly after.

Pass showed as added, but no devices available. After removing and getting a second link, the pass and doors worked. Then I added a second pass, and that one showed no devices that showed up on everyone else's iPhone. And then it gets worse. I followed the prompting to link an account to save passes, it then showed no passes available. Then I logged out and was left with 0 passes and no way to access either. This app has problems.
