I have been a member for a few months and was loving it and telling friends to join. However, the coming changes starting in September are atrocious. Having a maximum of 20 check ins a month is crazy. Am I really going to pay over 1000 NOK per month to not be able to train every day if I want?! One of my main gyms is reducing visits per month for Black members from 8 to 2. This totally sucks. A 12 hour cancellation window for every booking and 60 day strikes seems totally unnecessary also.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! We understand the frustration. The changes aim to make access fairer for our members and build a more sustainable model that benefits partner studios as well. The change in studio limits aims to open space for more members, and the 12h cancellation helps reduce late drop-outs. We hope you’ll stay with us!

Good concept. But they keep changing the terms for booking classes and terms of memberships and discounts etc continuously without any communication. I've been a member for more than 3 years and now I cancelled my membership. Even though they claim 1 months cancellation, I now have 2 months because a small hidden text. I've asked for proof of the same text when I signed up 3 years ago, but no response. Terrible customer service, and no respect for customers. It used to be good, now it's trash.

Doesn't even deserve one star. I signed up to try the service out, because of an offer they had, no binding period and you can cancel any time. But I didn't use the service and I completely forget I had it until I saw in my bank account the monthly payment, so I cancelled and got confirmation. But suddenly they start charging me again. And I contacted customer service which was extremely rude. Nothing but fraud. Skip this app and directly buy/support your favourite training center.

There is a 1 month notice period which in practice means that you will be charged another month after you cancel. You can of course use your membership fully during this period. This is communicated in the app when you sign up for the membership, in the terms and also in the FAQ.
