Check-In: Macros keeps calorie and macro tracking deliberately simple.

Set your own daily calorie, protein, carbohydrate, and fat targets—or start
with an editable maintenance, cut, or bulk estimate. Add meals manually in a
few taps, see where today stands, review your week, and look back over time.

When you have a nutrition label to hand, optionally choose a photo or use the
camera and let on-device text recognition read common calorie and macro rows.
Review and edit the detected values before saving. Manual entry always remains
available, and the app asks you to check the nutrition basis when a label is
ambiguous.

There is no food database, barcode scanning, account, server, cloud sync,
advertising tracker, or analytics connection. Your targets, entries, settings,
and local reminder preferences stay on your device. Optional reminders and a
home-screen widget use the same local snapshot.

Health Connect saving is optional. If enabled, Check-In: Macros writes only the
calories and macro values for meals you choose to save. It does not read your
existing Health Connect records, and it does not send them to the developer.
Health Connect is unavailable below Android 9/API 28; local tracking remains
available from Android 7/API 24.

The guided numbers are editable starting estimates, not medical advice or a
promise of a particular result. Adjust them as your real trend and
