Danny, a sports coach for 10 years, designed the Ergo concept with the desire to combine sport, healthy eating and pleasure.

At Ergo, you will be taken care of 360 degrees, both on a sporting and nutritional level.

2 options offered:

1- Private coaching: alone, in duo or trio

2- Coaching in small groups with themed courses

Private coaching:

A personalized meeting with the coach to assess your objectives and create a tailor-made session. Dietary monitoring can be implemented with weekly weighing and taking measurements if necessary.

Small groups:

Group classes of 4 to 8 people depending on the theme, to be booked directly on the ERGO COACHING app.

xx THE MARATHONIAN: course dedicated to preparing for 10 km races, half-marathons or marathons.

x MUSCULATION: classic class to strengthen the whole body

x NUTRITION: 30 minutes of nutrition with weighing and 30 minutes of intense cardio
