I downloaded the app for its anime library, but the subscription auto-renewed without a reminder—even though I had cancelled it a month prior. The payment bypassed my backup settings and doesn't even appear in my Play Store history. There was no intuitive way to dispute this in the app, I had to use the web portal. But surprisingly, they did not cancel my premium benefits whereas I successfully secured a refund (maybe as a gesture of apology).

In my app my subscription last to next year in march 16. it's my fault for pay double quarter and annual in two different ways. I think quarter Google play and annual is website.So for the moment I try not to pay when it said my subscription is almost over. I cancel the subscription until next year to see what happen. Can you do something so that it can read the real date of subscription so that I won't pay double like last time. Thank you and sorry for this

I was happy using it at first, even subscribing it because can't stand the ads. But then, I was getting busy with life so I unsubscribe it on Google play store, like how it was instructed in the agreement. However, I was not informed that I 'have' to unsurscibring it on bilibili.tv on website too! No wonder I keep getting message of deduction on my TnG after cancel on GooglePlay. I really hope Bala boom have mentioned about this beforehand. This really impact my experience with Bilibili. 😔
