Tried to cancel my movie tickets well within the open cancellation window, but the app failed due to a technical glitch. I contacted support immediately, and they explicitly promised they would fix the issue and process my cancellation. Now, they have backtracked, declined the refund, and kept my money. Unacceptable to make customers pay for your own app errors. Avoid.

I had a horrible experience.I usually book tickets through this app only and apply credit card offers. But today when I applied the offer it didn't go through maybe because of the technical glitch. So I reached out to the support asking them to refund my tickets so that I can place fresh order with the offer. The customer care was very indifferent and said - If you would have applied the offer, it would have went through. She started blaming me and said that I should have checked properly.

Offers are working very rarely. A lot of credit cards will not be applicable also. If somehow you got the offer and applied also they will not allow you to complete the transaction on the first attempt and again if you retry with the same credit card they won't allow. And if you try without applying any offers they will smoothly allow you to complete the transaction.
