This recent update in UI has ruined it all. Seat selection has become a nightmare. I would request you guys to become more customer centric. Reduce handling charges, improve your UI and many more thing.
Was good app till last update... The search have become pathetic.. what's wrong.. can't browse easily... Can't book the ticket for next days shows.. can't even see the show list of next day...
App is crashing after just getting loaded . OnePlus 3 . Tried clearing cache and data but no success Update : It was an OS Issue with oxygen os beta. OnePlus already released a patch . If solves the App crash issue . Just perform the system update
Frequently crashes. Many users facing same issues still no solution provided. Takes 1 hr to book tickets as there are crashes, transaction errors etc etc and the seat previously booked gets locked and then again wait for 15 to 20 mins for the same seat to unlock. Don't you understand we don't have that much time. Not expected from BMS.
The app is crashing Everytime I open it ...tried to uninstall and install a new twice...but nothing seems to work...and I seen two other users of OnePlus have faced the same issue as me as I have OnePlus 3T...hope you will fix the issue ASAP
