The app is giving me an "insufficient amount" error every single time I try to add money, regardless of the figure I enter. Bhutan telecom really needs to hire a higher level, professional app developer to rebuild or properly maintain this system.

when transfering voucher from one number to another it cut out 5 voucher extra with the actual amount.Are you trying to provide a good service to us the public or trying to serve yourself and fill your pocket.That much is unreasonable tax and the features really needs advance updates.

I am not able to transfer ownership of my SIM card. Once we insert the ID card number, it should be able to update the rest of the required information. Kindly program it that way. And while, updating via NDI app, My BT app can't automatically transfer the required data. Kindly, fix the bug. Otherwise, the app is very useful.
