Ratings and reviews

I rated it 5, then updated to 3 and now 1. They suspended my account as per new government regulations but here are BTCturk problems: 1- They didn't notify me of suspension. 2- They didn't let me see my frozen holdings. 3- I was forced to request convertion of crypto holdings to TRY and transfer to a local bank account on my name . If I didn't have one at the time the money was lost. 4- I had to insist to get a list of holdings liquidation which I received as a messy spreadsheet in excel.

when ever you need ,its not working, support is not good, updates did not appear on time, so cant draw any crypto, soon seems to collapse so not happy

Horrible user experience with the new update, can't confirm after entering the code I get for the SMS verification and I can't login to my account. Not to mention I can't even login on computer as well. Contact support button doesn't work. I feel like I'm being scammed at this point, going to withdraw everything I have if I can login.
