the worst experience ever i ordered a heater and paid on the store i chose the delivery day to be the same day, and it has been 10 days late!!! everytime i talk to customer service they tell me they'll call me and nothing happens now i can't cancel my order because i had paid for it and i can't deliver it!!!!

one of big failures of B-Tech. This store is completely ignorant in online trade. i think they put one of the relatives on top of this section. You cannot even make an order. you cannot transfer between store pickup and home delivery. there is no place to put your email. always crashing app. multiple reviewers complain but nobody cares. no hope for btech to compete in online trade.

Too manu notifications! no need to download the app, whenever you need something, search on their website.
