Worst Experience an online store can be and rude customer service that is not fixing any situation. The app is full of bugs I cant pay online and Card on delivery always turns to cash on delivery and whenever I pick and Item and it says "delivers to your location" it doesnt. handling deliveries to aramex is a disgrace and "Worx outsourcing" call center is rude and one of them hung up on me on purpose. for 10 days nothing gets fixed and the delivery guy didnt come with a card machine twice!

BEWARE! Placed an order worth a lot and they deducted the money and its been almost 1 month now the items are not delivered and the money is still with them and their customer service is really frustrating...will report them to the official entities now. Although had previous positive experience with them bit not any more it seems. Buy from someone else

⚠️ WARNING – DO NOT BUY FROM THIS APP ⚠️ Btech delayed my order for over one month with no proper updates. After wasting my time, they cancelled the order themselves. To make it worse, the refund was delayed for weeks. Very unprofessional and unreliable service. Do not risk your money here.
