Worst Experience an online store can be and rude customer service that is not fixing any situation. The app is full of bugs I cant pay online and Card on delivery always turns to cash on delivery and whenever I pick and Item and it says "delivers to your location" it doesnt. handling deliveries to aramex is a disgrace and "Worx outsourcing" call center is rude and one of them hung up on me on purpose. for 10 days nothing gets fixed and the delivery guy didnt come with a card machine twice!

i ordered a new phone through the app and i received a used one with a BROKEN screen, its been a week now of back and forth calls with no action yet.

After checking through the application for the item I wanted, I've placed the order and everything got on track. But at the end, the day of the supposed arrival, the item didn't come. I waited for another day and nothing, the third day I made a call to the customer service and they told me that my item was simply not available anymore ( sold out) without notification or any previous call to ask me if I wanted to replace it for a similar one, they just ignored me completely.
