• Continuous-Use Tracking: BudBreak tracks continuous screen activity only while your screen is interactive and unlocked. Short interruptions or lock-screen glances don't trigger intrusive resets.
• Gentle Escalation:
- Stage 1 (Gentle Peek): A tiny mascot peeks from your chosen screen edge and waves hello.
- Stage 2 (Friendly Nudge): Slides in with a gentle speech bubble reminding you to take a pause.
- Stage 3 (Playful Reminder): Bounces into view and reminds you to look at something far away for 20 seconds (the 20-20-20 rule).
- Stage 4 (Full Rest Card): Dims the screen gently and offers simple "I looked away" and "Snooze" options.
