I am on a 50/50 with the app. When working, it's convenient. However, I have been struggling for months to add 2nd card. I used the buddy help and contacted Buddy, however tthe problem persisted. Today I finally got to add the 2nd card, but the Approved screen does not close (even after 30 min). If I try to close it, it says payment in progress and cancels the process. So N$1 has been deducted twice now and I am still waiting for the screen to close so that I can use the app. Whn do I get refund

This app isn't working properly. I go through the process and when it comes to paying i have to add a security code.. I've done this 4 times already and it says the code is saved, but as soon as I want to continue i have to redo it AGAIN.. I can't get past that point..

You guys are being told by everyone that your app does not have an exit button but you're saying your app closes like any other apps like Facebook and whastapp!!! With Facebook and whatsapp when we press our back buttons, they close but with this buddy, even if you press ten thousand times it doesn't close. Please work on the exit button issue. Listen to your clients!!!
