Huru is, without a doubt, the best app I've used for sending money back home from the UAE. Transfers are incredibly fast, often arriving in minutes, and the exchange rates are very competitive. The fact that international transfers are currently free is a massive saving! The app is seamless and hassle-free, making me feel secure and in control of my finances. The cashback rewards are a great bonus, too. Highly recommended for anyone who regularly sends money abroad!

Very bad and poor service. It takes at least 48 hours for local transactions and at least 24 hours for international transactions. There is no helpline number to contact if there is any problem. There is an online chat option within the app but even there no one responds properly. After 3-4 hours, I get a half-answer and that too incomplete.

very bad and pathetic service and customer support i a made on transaction from mbank to huru on 3rd june and now its 11 june till now i didn't get anything the money disappeared the live support in the app call center and email is totally useless no response i am regretting from switching from Al ansari not recommended very worst experience.
