About this app

Drone Nation allows new pilots to find someone to Learn from, or to Fly with, while it gives experienced pilots a chance to pass on what they've learned. If you enable location services, Drone Nation will use location in the background to alert you when pilots are flying nearby.

We've included all sorts of cool tools to make it easier and more fun to fly with friends, including proximity alerts, interactive maps, sections devoted to sharing your favorite videos, and a versatile video frequency management section.

We gamify the process to make it fun, You'll receive Props when you help a member by teaching them about our hobby. You can track your progress helping others on our Standings page.

Ratings and reviews

Great app for meeting new pilots, love the "props" point system they have. The only thing I would like to see is some way to share media and links from the app to Instagram, Facebook etc. Has a great fly site section where you can share and finds areas to fly at and tag them based on the type of scenario be it freestyle, industrial, bandos, open fields, the type of quad you're using etc.

I've been here for 4 years now and the king of drone Nation will be not sure. Everybody here is so kind non-judgmental I'm very informative and helpful I'm very glad this app still exists. We need to create a way to make a meet-up place for Hangouts in a map showing where everybody is so we can find them easier. Also post up our spots we like to fly at that connects to Google maps so we can get directions how to get to the spot all in one app. I think that's very possible. 🙌🤟👍

Would be awesome if the app worked all the way. It may be just my phone, but I cant add a profile or banner photo. I cant add a fly site, or do anything else useful in the app at all really. If they can get it working it will probably be awesome. Edit: The app is now working great! Even Met a few people local to me.
