Welcome to MyBuderus, your connection to the future.
With this app, you can conveniently and intuitively control your Buderus devices remotely.
Key features:
• Monitor and operate your Buderus system
• Overview of all devices on the home screen
• Adjust room temperature, hot water, and set time programs
• View energy consumption and its history
• Access all necessary information and settings for air conditioners
Check the documentation for your device or connection accessories for compatibility with MyBuderus. Not all functions are supported by every device.
Supported Systems:
• Heat generators (oil and gas condensing boilers; heat pumps) with Logamatic EMS plus system control units Logamatic RC300/RC310, Logamatic BC400, Logamatic HMC300/310 in conjunction with the following gateways: Integrated IP interface Logamatic web KM 50 or Logamatic web KM100/200 and radio module MX300
• Air conditioning units Logacool series
Notes:
If a Logamatic RC200 control unit is assigned to a heating circuit, viewing and changing the timer program for that heating circuit is not possible.
Additional internet connection costs may apply; therefore, a flat-rate internet plan is recommended.
App feature enhancements require a software update on your gateway. To update, leave the gateway connected to the internet for at least 24 hours.
Your local Buderus heating specialist can tell you whether your heating system meets the technical requirements. They will be happy to advise you and, if needed, supply and install the appropriate gateway. They will also provide you with personalized advice and support for using the app.
