Very poor customer support and extremely disappointing experience. I registered on this app around 2023. Due to a genuine mistake at that time, my profile had an issue related to my course details. Since then, I have been trying continuously for almost 2 years. I sent multiple emails, followed all instructions, submitted corrections, and did everything that was asked from my side. Still, not a single scholarship issue has been resolved

Totally fake and spam, not give way to delete account or personal information despite requesting more than 10 times.
