Takes too long to operate, the basic needs are met, but just to complete a simple selection takes minutes instead of seconds. Operating this app is tedious and time-consuming. Especially after a long day of service work, it is the last thing I want to have to wait on. Also embarrassing slow when collecting a signature from the customer.

Absolute garbage is what this is. Doesn't operate as advertised when it works at all. Lags, locks up. Developers can't figure out how to program it to take a time card that starts on one day and ends the next. You can't put more than one time card a day on a project. The office has to force it in. Complete hassle if you're working nights. I have had to un-install and re-install the app at least once a month. I'd be ashamed to have my name on such a shoddy product.

App is constantly down or being updated with a fix. Technicians feedback explains that it's very cumbersome for simple service tasks when you are in the field. When completing a job visit it can take several minutes to enter required information accuratly. usually times out or freezes when completing details. Consistent response is they will always be fixed on next release. AI features dont work efficiently. We are not happy with the price and service at this time.
